Filled with Linseeds and Organic Lavender Heads, place the eye pillow over eyes to block out all light, let it mould to your face to apply gentle pressure to stimulate acupressure points. This pillow can be cooled in freezer, but please do not heat. Gently squeeze to release more essential oil prior to using.
