Welcome to Handmaiden Natural Skincare - I’m Nici, a mum of three teenage girls, and throughout my journey as their mum I got thinking about natural ingredients and healthy living.
Becoming more aware of what I was putting into my body, and on my skin, left me feeling confused and uneasy with labels I couldn't understand. Taking control of my well-being led me to my experiments with essential oils, and scientifically proven natural skincare ingredients.
Over many years of studying and investigation, my skincare has developed into the most effective blends of botanical oils that work with the skin to deliver results. Every product I give to you has been thoroughly tried and tested by me personally, to make sure it’s the best it possibly can be.
I make each product to order. This means every single jar of lotion or bottle of cleanser, has the potential to be specifically designed for you, to work for your skin the way other mass-produced products simply can’t.
My obsession with natural ingredients and health also extends to my local and global environment. Sustainability is extremely important to me, which is why all of my products come in biodegradable or reusable packaging, and I strongly encourage my customers to return their glass packaging to me for refilling.
With Handmaiden Natural Skincare, I hope to encourage you to take a few minutes each day to truly pamper yourself. Too often we forget to look after ourselves, while we’re so busy looking after others.
